Application/Policy

APPLICATION POLICY - A security deposit with an application fee of $25.00/per person is required, $35.00 per married couples.  All applicants are required to provide proof of a monthly income and good credit.  Students must have a cosigner.

PET POLICY – No dogs are allowed.  A $50.00 non-refundable pet deposit is required for each pet, with a limit of 2 pets in addition to a $10.00/month pet fee with written approval.

SUBLEASE POLICY – $100.00 sublease fee is required.  The tenant is responsible for rent up to day the new tenant moves in.  New tenants will sign a new lease for one year based on our approval.

TERMINATION OF LEASE –Termination of a lease is given within 60 days advanced written notice before the lease end date.  Other options require a sublease.
