Pierce Arrow currently owns 24 residential buildings featuring beautifully restored efficiencies and one- to three-bedroom apartment homes. Up-to-date conveniences such as ceiling fans, modern appliances, security systems, central heat and air, and new ceramic baths provide residents with the comforts of contemporary construction, while hardwood floors, high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows convey the history and quality behind our homes. Porches and balconies add appeal to these lovely spaces. Water, sewer, and trash service are included in many of our buildings as a courtesy to our tenants.
